BAGGAGE INFORMATION
To ensure a smooth journey, we’ve outlined important guidelines for carrying luggage and special items. Please read the following information to prepare for your trip and avoid any disruptions.
Setia Fast Ferry Car Services
Guests may bring up to 2 small carry-on items onboard, provided they fit within your seat, either on your lap or under your seat. Aisles must remain clear at all times for safety and crew access.
Each guest is allowed 1 checked bag weighing up to 25 kg. Items must be securely packed in suitable luggage to avoid damage.
All valuables (including cash, electronics, passports and important documents) must be carried with you at all times. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage to valuables placed in checked baggage.
Extra Baggage: Contact us prior to departure if you have additional luggage. Space permitting, it may be accommodated. Otherwise, extra items will need to be stored at your own risk and cost.
Labelling: Your baggage will be tagged with your accommodation details at check-in, and our crew will handle loading and unloading.
Prams and strollers travel free of charge and must be folded at check-in. Additional baby items, such as portacots, are also carried free of charge. Please notify us if you are travelling with these items when booking your ticket.
Surfboards must be stored in travel bags, and fishing rods must be properly packaged to avoid damage to your items. Please notify us if you are travelling with these items when booking your ticket.
Important notes
Follow crew instructions when disembarking.
Checked baggage will be unloaded and made available upon arrival. If you need assistance with your luggage at Sanur Harbour, please speak to our staff.
