I have a connecting flight out of Bali on the same day I travel. Will I make it on time?
As a point-to-point carrier, we can’t guarantee on time connections and recommend travelling the day before your flight, especially in peak season when alternative options may be limited if cancellations occur.
Will you pick me up and drop me off at my hotel?
Yes! We offer convenient door-to-door service from your accommodation in Bali to Sanur Harbour — and drop-off when you arrive on Nusa Lembongan.
Transfer costs depend on your location in Bali and whether you choose shared or private transport. You’ll see accurate pricing when adding a transfer during the online booking process.
In Bali, we use modern, air-conditioned vehicles driven by licensed professionals who stay in contact with our harbour team for a seamless arrival. On Lembongan, where there are very few cars, guests are transferred using local-style pick-up trucks.

Boarding information
What are the check-in and boarding procedures?
Sanur check-in and boarding procedures
All passengers traveling to Lembongan must check-in at our Sanur office 45 minutes prior to departure. Luggage and guests will be transported from our office to Sanur Harbour for boarding. Passengers will wait in the Sanur Harbour terminal and commence boarding once the vessel is called.
Lembongan check-in and boarding procedures
Passengers travelling from Lembongan to Sanur must check-in at our Lembongan office 30 minutes prior to departure. A shuttle boat will transfer you and your luggage to our ferry. Our crew will assist you in safely boarding the ferry from the shuttle boat.
Can I bring my pet onboard?
Yes, we allow pets to travel on the rear of our boat. They will be required to wear a lead and will need to stay on the rear deck of the vessel. As required by the Sanur Harbour Master, you will need to have a copy of your pet’s latest vaccination record. You and your pet will not be allowed to enter the harbour building. Instead, you will need to wait at the rear of the building for boarding.
How much luggage can I bring?
Each passenger may bring:
- Carry-on Baggage – 1 x carry-on item no larger than 60 cm x 40 cm x 30 cm.
- Checked Baggage – 1 x item no heavier than 22kg. Baggage over this allowance may not be carried on the vessel and will need to be stored at your own risk and cost.
Will someone help me on and off the boat?
Yes. Our experienced crew is there to assist all passengers with boarding, disembarkation, and luggage at both Sanur and Lembongan
Where does the ferry arrive in Nusa Lembongan?
We arrive at Jungutbatu Beach, the main beach on Nusa Lembongan. As there is no public jetty, this is a beach landing, so we recommend wearing appropriate clothing and easy to remove footwear.
Passengers are transferred from our ferry to the beach using a smaller shuttle boat. This method is used to ensure passenger safety in changing sea conditions and to protect the ferry from damage caused by beaching. These smaller boats are more stable and can get closer to the shoreline, making the landing process safer and more manageable.
If sea conditions make it unsafe to land at Jungutbatu Beach, we may redirect to the Mangrove area on the eastern side of the island, where sea conditions are typically calmer.
Our experienced crew will assist you at every stage — from helping with carry-on items to steadying the boat as you board and disembark.
Where does the ferry depart from in Bali?
Our ferry departs from Sanur Harbour. You’ll check in at the Setia Fast Ferry office. We are located on the main road leading to the harbour. Please arrive at least 45 minutes before departure.
Once you’ve checked in and received your boarding pass, our team will drive you in a buggy down to the harbour terminal, where you’ll board the ferry.
