  • Fare prices may vary depending on the season and promotions.
  • All passengers must check in at our Sanur office 45 minutes prior to departure.
  • Ferry-only tickets do not include hotel transfer services.
  • Transfer package pricing is displayed during booking based on your selected accommodation area and transfer option.
  • Ticket includes up to 25kg checked baggage (of usual proportions) and one item of carry-on baggage.

What to Expect When Booking
Seating
  • No reserved seating – it’s first come, first served.
  • Our ferry accommodates 72 passengers in a comfortable 3-3 seat layout.
  • Seating is spacious and more comfortable than other ferries traveling to Lembongan.

We accept:

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX) via our secure online booking system
  • Cash payments at both office locations

Changes & Rescheduling

Changes to your booking are allowed based on seat availability and notice period:

Regular Season
  • (Jan 6 – May 31 & Oct 1 – Dec 19)
  • Changes must be made at least 48 hours before departure
High Season
  • (Jun 1 – Sep 30 & Dec 20 – Jan 5)
  • Changes must be made at least 4 days before departure
