Setia Fast Ferry offers reliable, hassle-free transfer services to ensure you get to and from the ferry with ease. Whether you’re in Bali or Nusa Lembongan, we’ve got your journey covered — from your hotel door to the beach and beyond.
Our vehicles in Bali are modern, fully air-conditioned and operated by licensed drivers. Drivers are in constant contact with our Sanur Harbour team to be aware of any delays or disruptions to your journey. In Lembongan, where cars are rare, guests are transported by pick-up trucks.
Booking your transfer with Setia Fast Ferry ensures:
- Reliable timing — our drivers stay in contact with our harbour teams.
- Efficient routing — we’re familiar with traffic conditions and detours.
- Stress-free arrival — unlike ride-hailing apps or taxis, we have full access to the Sanur Harbour area.
Due to local regulations, Gojek, Grab, and taxis are not allowed to pick up from the Sanur Harbour. Our staff are also not permitted to assist in booking these services.

Important information
- Pets are not permitted on any Bali transfer services (shared or private).
- Private transfers are valid for one pick-up location and one drop-off location only. Multiple pick-up points cannot be accommodated within the same booking.
Door-to-Door Pick-Up & Drop-Off
Yes! We pick you up directly from your hotel or villa in Bali and drop you off at your accommodation in Nusa Lembongan — and vice versa.
- In Bali: Modern, air-conditioned vehicles with professional, licensed drivers
- In Lembongan: Local-style pick-up trucks due to limited road access and few cars on the island
