⚠️ Service notice – Nyepi Laut

Please note that our ferry services and office will be closed on Sunday 27 September 2026  in observance of Nyepi Laut (Sea Seclusion Day).

Nyepi Laut is a significant Balinese Hindu tradition observed across the 3 Nusa Islands – Nusa Lembongan, Nusa Ceningan and Nusa Penida. The day is dedicated to honouring Dewa Baruna, the ruler of the sea, and recognising the importance of the ocean to the island communities.

During Nyepi Laut, the sea is given a day of rest. All maritime activities cease, including ferry and boat services to and from the islands, as well as diving, snorkelling and other activities on the water. It is a day of stillness, reflection and respect for the sea that surrounds and sustains the Nusa Islands.

As a result, no ferry services will operate to or from Nusa Lembongan on this day.

Online bookings will remain available. For enquiries received during the closure, please allow additional time for a response as our team will be observing this important local tradition.

We thank you for your understanding and respectfully invite our guests to appreciate and embrace the spirit of Nyepi Laut.
